Mission Statement
“Sati” is the Pali word for mindfulness.
We believe in leveraging personal strength training programs and sati to help individuals achieve longevity, mobility & vigor all from the comfort of your own home.
Jen’s Story
Born and raised in San Francisco, California, Jen’s health journey began at her very lowest. After burning out from years of working for Silicon Valley corporations, she promised herself her next job couldn’t be “just a job.” Instead she chose to pursue her vocation: helping others achieve their health goals. Jen’s “happy place” was being surrounded by like-minded coaches and meditation teachers that pushed her out of physical and mental comfort zone, ultimately helping her transform her body and mind. She chose to do the same for others and became a International Sports Sciences Association-certified Personal Trainer (ID: 1787082) and USA Olympic Weightlifting certified Strength Coach (Membership #1060127). Jen is an avid practitioner of the Vipassana meditation practice. Blending her expertise in these areas to help her clients achieve rock-solid fundamentals in fitness education, mindfulness, physical and mental health.
Meditation Practices
The reason meditation is so powerful is that it causes shifts in our awareness. Many people over-identify with their thoughts and emotions, which can prolong them and make them feel bigger than they are. Specific thoughts or feelings can agonize us for days on end. Such pervasive thoughts and intense emotions can culminate in all types of problems, including stress, anxiety, and depression. It is important to recognize that we are not our thoughts and feelings.
Habitual meditation helps us realize that we are just the vessels through which they flow. We are the consciousness that experiences them, but we do not have to attach ourselves to them. We begin to feel bigger than our thoughts and emotions, and we are able to take back the control. We gain the capacity to zoom out and find inner-peace during times of difficulty.

Why should I work with a personal trainer online when there are countless YouTube videos and apps that provide exercise programs?
What these resources lack is the ability to cater to your individual needs, goals, strengths and limitations. Without a plan, we can sometimes feel like a hamster on a wheel. As we progress, we can make real time adjustments based on the feedback from your body.
What if I have no exercise or weight training experience?
No experience required—our workouts are designed for every fitness level, from beginner to expert.
What if I don’t have a home gym or equipment?
As long as you have a space where can comfortably move side to side and up and down you have enough to get started. There are infinite ways to get strong using just your body weight.
GET STARTED WITH A FREE FIRST SESSION
Clients have a window of up to 60 days from their initial completed session to utilize their 12 training sessions
If the 12 sessions are not utilized within this time frame, the remaining sessions will
be forfeited, necessitating the purchase of another 12 sessions to proceed
Exceptions are considered on case-by-case basis
Refunds are not provided
Existing clients have the option of drop-in sessions
